When the scooter was just six months old, he was barely steer.
It turned out that was broken lower ball bearings. Because of this, our ball bearing down is open, it is not surprising that there sooner or later penetrates dirt and leads to the destruction of the ball bearing.
We have the scooter then returned and after a short time (one to one and a half weeks) we had him back.
On the fundamental problem, however, nothing has changed, and so we now have close to the expiry of the first year again the same problem. A defective ball bearings is actually not a big deal if it were not welded tight like this scooter, so that it is not so easy (actually not) can be replaced.
Therefore, we are once again forced to send in the scooter for repairs. We are curious to see whether this now has to be repeated every six months. although they will send them along with appropriate proposals, we do not have much hope that at this weak point in the future something will change.
Addendum:
As this time the scooter from the repair came back, there was a surprise! The scooter has not been repaired, but there was a brand new replacement scooter !!! As we look forward, however! I think we will now own some kind of dirt-protection devise for the lower ball bearing damt the scooter lasts longer.
