I enjoyed this study that explains what we feel on reading Céline: the humor mixed with tragedy, this style "oral" created from scratch to recreate in fact the "present", a kind of emotional connection to player and a story that is being done, to tell in improvisation, present the illusion that Celine is there to talk to us, at the time, that we participate, unlike the novel the former to the past ... I have reread the passages because some are very dense. Godard analyzes the autobiographical side novels, the creation of this language, this Celinian music and makes us understand how much fun we take to read Céline. Would recommend to understand Celine.
