Beautifully auszusehender frame, but unfortunately very unstable!

We wanted to have our conference room 4 frames in A4 format, which are made of wood, or at least provide the visual impression as if they were made of wood. The latter condition is satisfied by this framework.
However, 2 of the framework should not be hung on the wall, but placed on a small table.
Therefore we were looking for a target-oriented framework in which it is stated that he could also be set up.
In the context described here, we were indeed - his description to - find; However, it was unfortunately in this respect to a false statement. While the framework can also be hung horizontally either longitudinally, but does not also have a "stand"!
(Since no pictures were adjusted from the back of the frame at Amazon, we were able to discover this inevitably only after delivery of the ordered frame).
Looking at the back of the frame, however, overtook us another shock: Consisting of a hardboard back wall of the frame is held not by practical quick-release clips under, but by 10 metal strips, each about 5 mm wide and fixed to the frame , Of these metal strips are 3 pieces on the long sides of the frame; each additional 2 pieces of metal strips are attached to the crossbars.
I was very surprised that it all today is such an attachment method, like myself, they knew only of very old photo frames ago. From a purely practical combines this method of attachment with the following problem: Every time an image is to be placed or replaced in the frame, so must every 10 metal strips initially curved gently up and then, after the rear panel has been reinserted into the frame again are bent back into its original position! (Our dear women like please take good care of her beautiful nails!)
If you want to do this only once with a picture / a document that then to "indefinitely" should remain within the framework, as it may still go. But we need / want to change the contents of the frame frequently. These frames are intended for use by us because of the method of attachment of the back wall now unsuitable, as the material of the metal strip must necessarily tired.
Now, however, the main problem, which moved us to return the framework / rescission of the purchase:
The material of the frame is a kind of plastic in black gray color. The material is very fine pores and acts - of course, only from her impression - almost like a powder which is solidified by exposure to moisture.
When I had now lodged a document in the first frame and then reinsert the rear wall wanted, I needed this so now first among the 10 now positioned almost vertical metal strips and then gently move back down to the added frame. Of course, this touches you normally also a part of the metal strip. Despite the caution, however, that I did this exercise, reached the low pressure that was exerted sideways while inserting the rear wall on the metal strips from this that one of the longitudinal struts sparked by a cross-member of the frame. Longitudinal and transverse struts are connected at the corners of the frame in each case with two metal clips. In the case described here is not "slid" the metal clips also about somehow out of the frame, but broke the material held by them! My two colleagues, who were present at this "procedure", confirmed to me that I, as a man is not been too rough. We agreed, therefore, the remaining three - return framework - still in original packaging.
(The latter, incidentally, worked without problems, at least the seller of the frame and the service are really excellent).
The whole so now again in a nutshell:
Plus: frame is visually very beautiful.
Minus: 1. Very unstable; 2. Impractical attachment method for the rear panel; 3. Alleged opportunity to establish the scope and, in fact does not exist unfortunately.
