I have a normal pan from Tefal, which also has a THERMO-SPOT has been around for about 2 years much in use and am well pleased. So I just got the test of Crepepfanne. It is like the old pan properly on flat, they must not overheat only then will continue. These pan is nice and light, but still of good quality. The non-stick effect is expected to be very good, I suppose, however, getting a little fat. The crepes are pretty thin and uniformly slightly browned, the dough has to be a little runny. Then spread a large spoonful of Nutella and a spoon of whipped cream to delicious !!! I can only report positive about this Crepepfanne, it is as good as the normal pan.
