After the belt buckle on (I use it like verkeht rum, so the actual "back" on the abdomen, otherwise a disturbing fold forms at my back and stand there works really great!) I immediately gehoopt a few minutes, without having pain.
Unfortunately, I had the next day already bruising. Nevertheless, I have continued to train every day. Although I felt no pain, but get terrible "rings" of bruises around the hip & waist area.
After about 1.5-2 weeks I then get to the old & have healed any new patches.
You just have to continue to train regularly and the body used to it.
Can now also with the tire & Hoopen without belt, without pain and bruises.
The belt I use now continue for my latest, 3kg tires.
For jogging I had tried it sometimes with a belt. Is quite ok, but I prefer to go jogging without.
Conclusion:
Can the belt friend, the pain has failed with me, just the bruises not, but that did not bother me.
Whether it helps in burning fat I can not say, but I had bought it mainly because of the pain.
