Having sunk mince 2 hand blender (older models from discounters) in Parmesan, I decided to spend a little more money and have ordered the MQ745 von Braun.

Power: He really gets all small and the overwhelming speed. Also hard Parmesan is processed in a matter of seconds to rasps

Highlight: the continuous operation. Must See in conventional mixers always up or down turn and has always the feeling that you have turned on the wrong level, just press on the Multiquick gently a little tighter and lets loose.

Conclusion: how to cook a lot of fun!
