If I'm honest, I have always been the lack of numeric keypad annoyed and that was before a point, speaking on behalf of the K750. The second advantage is the existing "Remove" button. Now I can edit my writing more enjoyable, because I do not have to go the detour via the additional "FN" key. The option to never again have to swap batteries or batteries, is also quite nice. Although I had this with the Mac keyboard not every two weeks, but nevertheless, this issue has now settled and is a nice gimmick.
As I have written several books, I can definitely call myself a prolific writer and is therefore in the choice of matching the keyboard typing comfort clearly in the foreground. Since I am must therefore ensure my keyboard in the long term fatigue-free writing next lot also very quick with ten fingers. Here is - in my view - the very large advantage over the Apple keyboard. This was even all right, but the Logitech is simply more ergonomic and has a more pleasant stop behavior. The pressure points are perfect for this purpose my hold and she feels super while writing to. In addition, the sound is a little richer than the Apple key.
For optics have to say much. Combines silver with white perfectly matches the iMac desktop. Although it is not made of aluminum but plastic, this looks but very valuable and does not feel cheap.
The angle of the keyboard can be increased by two fold-out feet - then she sits absolutely perfect for me.
The keys are not bLights. You need not necessarily, but would be again the finishing touch.
Charging works perfectly so far. Whether desk lamp or low light in the room - the battery always has enough juice and has never complained to me.
The installation on the Mac was actually no installation. Receiver plugs into a USB port, powered keyboard, keypad recognized confirmed and you're able.
The already mentioned here "bugs" that the keys F3 (exposé) and F4 (Dashboard) I can not function confirm only partially. It is true that after the installation showed no direct function. But it is possible, through the Control Panel to select the keyboard and then the two functions in the "Mission Control" menu to assign the two keys - and lo and behold: everything went fine.
Somehow a few users seem to be spoiled by the Mac and make it evidently not (more), two mini absolute changes in the system make? Who does not it come by itself, could simply block surfing on the Logitech website, there call his keyboard and read the corresponding FAQ. But well, sometimes the problem is sitting just in front of the computer ... :-)
The available "Solar App", which can be loaded directly from the AppStore, incidentally, have not been installed. The additional information does not interest me to be honest and I am really matter whether prevail in my office now X or Y Lux and as the state of charge is accurate. The keyboard works perfectly, does not set out and the battery does not complain, so everything is in the green zone. Since I am not a fan of many apps and add-ons, I want to have a clean and particularly powerful system that I can work and that's why I'm wasting no time or system performance by such apps.
My conclusion: If you can live with plastic gets here, in my view, the better keyboard with numeric keypad, "Remove" button and Lifetime battery.
