Wanted to the game almost did not buy because of the really bad reviews of the game editors. But recently it laughed at me for 9.90 on the shelf, and I took it with him. With such poor expectations, the game played well surprise and was well worth the price.
Pro:
- Density atmosphaere by impressive game design (game world) and "partially" great graphics.
- Super soundtrack like from the movies and the sound effect, ambient sounds and weapon sounds very good.

Cons:
- Partly really not serious to take German dubbing voice, amateurish as read and exaggerated theatrical
- The play figures and faces are animated gruesome that is the state of a few years ago.
- And here listed separately: Hicks is inserted with a large-scale rescue operation into play. When he appeared for the first time I had really fremdschämen :). The synchronous voice sounds as if you have hired a 19-year-old actor from Berlin Day & Night, the texture turns Hicks a Weyland Yutani "Ken" doll and the same movements when speaking of a ventriloquist's dummy ... how can you think of doing that !!! This is really bad. As it passes each Alien fan knows the movies.
- The AI is a little too weak, thereby sometimes arise funny scenes that an alien is sitting calmly behind two Marines, and no one does what :) or the critters stay at objects hanging.
- Small details; such as Watgeräusch when you walk through puddles, or Game physics as we know it today in vain. The flamethrower throws flames apparently in 2 D :) looks really funny.
- Gameplay hooked often times because you do not know what the game of a will.
- Overall, the game gives the impression as if it hangs the time a few years afterwards.
- The game as a whole is too short and the end abrubt without long end sequence, or the like.
Conclusion:
For 9.90 I had a short but really nice fun with the game. The gameplay is a bit too linear and predictable, it was missing here and there a bit of tension. For people the aliens have 1 and 2 saw more than 3 x, this is certainly a nice trip times at different known locations of the movie, but the money is always well spent. It also has really fun made by the dark plants, flack Ender ends lights, warning signs and the outer worlds in bad weather to walk and to eliminate aliens. Who but a complex Alien universe offers a sophisticated gameplay and an impressive graphics, which will be sadly disappointed as technically and visually the game remains in some areas fall far short of what is standard today. Anyone who is a fan of Alien and can overlook the little details that can access calm. Hardcore fans, with the expectation of perfection and implementation of all the details and a atmosphaere as in the film should make a bow around it.
