CNN and stations such as RTL to be taken in the second part targeted. Messages with many Info treadmills, live pictures and lots of extra sports and cute animal releases. There are also a wonderfully schmo scene where the weather man find his female counterpart and could similarly originate from Helge Schneider. Sasha Baron Cohen has a cameo appearance, and this film is similarly silly, but more accurate than the dictator film of Cohen.

A bit too long, but richer than the first part.
