1. budge on the glass plate from my desk, no slipping, no wobbling 2. I have a Cyborg MMO mouse (thick cable, textile-covered): above the cable fits just so clean and smooth with violence. At the lower cable guide you can totally forget about it because of the small teeth. (As other suggested I have filed this a bit with the nail file, but it slips now permanently out) 3. :) visually pretty
Conclusion: not ideal for me. Stay away if your mouse has a "thicker" has cable.
