I bought this product there for a while. It changed its name but it is the same, he had the T-loop: Geemarc Clearsound CLA9 conversation amplifier with headphones / ref = cm_cr-mr-title

I am really disappointed. This is a good amplifier (but watch your ears if there is a door slamming).
The background noise is important, it bothers me but it does not interfere with those who have already lost the ear.

The fatal flaw that made him lose 2 star when the device is touched, or that rubs against clothing, it sends a creepy noise in the ears!

Conclusion: Use calm and still.
