Bewitching Merrick

This installment of the Chronicles of Vampires, whose publication dates back to 2000, is unique in that it is the first volume to mix the two leading series of Anne Rice: the famous "Vampire Chronicles" and "Witch Saga". We discover with delight a new character, Merrick Mayfair, illegitimate descendant of Julian and other unknown Mayfair as it was collected from the Talamasca when she was very young. Voodoo black American folklore descriptions and wandering in the jungle Mesoamerican hostile but full of treasures are the charm of this book. As always with Anne Rice, we travel further into the regions of the supernatural. A fascinating read for all fans of Anne Rice, the fun is guaranteed.
