Basically it can be nothing to say functions (you can read at Denon.com)
However, I would like to point out the flaws that have cost me quite on the said night nerves.
USB interface
The player reads the sticks as he wants. Time immediately, then after approximately one minute or even not at all! Power in the Club bad because you want to have as easy of Europe its tracks quickly and safely.
Effects
Why use effects in a CD player? This one has an appropriate mixer or the like. The effects do not sound really professional.
Buttons and Schlater
Pretty much the most important buttons are made of rubber. Nothing bad first, however, the pressure points are very centered and small-scale, so you schonmal skin in the hustle and bustle only on the side of the cue point and nothing happens. Also in the Hot Cue buttons etc. which here would be to say that the hot cues trigger with a slight delay - annoying!
But now to the criticism of the really spoils everything:
The jog wheel
The player has two basic "jog wheel types". A vinyl mode and a CD mode. In Vinyl mode, I can not manage the drive to push a little without the Denon has recognized equal to my fingertips as Scratch - For aligning hell.
Likewise, in the CD mode. The jog wheel has no resistance in the CD mode. Once initiated shortly he turns merrily until one may start again.
And while we're at aligning: The pitchbend works as I've heard it digital. That is, one moves towards and it should also slow down or Speedup accordingly. Not so with Denon, there the pitch has partially as a violent Delay that you just want to make up to 2 Pioneer wants to stand up and finally want to start with the DJ set!
All in all I ask I, why is not Denon hinbekommt produce a worthy competitor for the price, what is the requirements of a DJ needs.
Of course there's a solution to every problem. But I do not want to specifically use my CD player anyway, but just as I'm used to it - self from Numark.
