I appreciate the simplicity that comes from the book, which I found both in the structure of the book (4 principles), writing of the author, and exercises. Everything is easy to read and understand. The exercises combine simplicity and power, and they have been tested by the author (who is coach) and its customers.
The book presents both elements of analysis (why our "little voice killjoy that pulls us down" prevents us from putting us in action, why change is so difficult, etc.), but above all avenues for "wake up" and concrete and pragmatic exercises.
There was also testimony that help to project and believe it: those of the author, speaking of his experience with authenticity, and those customers it has rubbed coaching and seminar.
