This cable is not in any way a cable for PC backup to another PC. It is limited to the partial copy paste for files. Otherwise it blocks the directories on any file system and requires control (too long) of which was not taken into account. A personal program back to save entire directories is much more effective but in this case the cable is unnecessary.
