"The Lick" from 1992 is the second and in my opinion, clearly the best album of the duo "Definition of Sound" because I feel it is particularly versatile. The opener "Looking Good" grooves for example from the first second and immediately goes into the dance floor, as well as the track "Together" with slight soul and gospel bonds. The first single "Can I Get Over" is the by little, as little as "She Hangs Out". Also "Move Your Body" makes its name. "What are you under" starts as quickly Reggamuffin who turns out to be smoother track and the band already looks similar. But my all-time faves are the smoothen and mellow rap tracks at the end of the disc ("Sunshine and Rain", "Travelling Man", "Cry"), which are just beautiful and on which the soft voice of the singer especially well come into its own. Simply invite you to relax and have thereby still a Message to even offer. Among the 10 pieces of 42:04 minutes long album is for me personally not a hangover to find. Too bad that the band is so completely disappeared from the scene.
