Bow OK, arrows and suction cups lousy quality

The bow is fully OK for the price
However, 2 arrows are so crooked (customer image not uploadable!) In our delivery, they are slowed down when shooting in the hole and even flying uncontrollably.
Only one arrow was reasonably straight. The suckers were all deformed so that even one sometimes to glass Holds.
