For the people who want to read it crisp and short, here are my pros and Con's:
+++ +++ PRO
+ Whiter light than standard lamps
+ Extreme light output
- + - NEUTRAL - + -
+ - Durability is low, but not as bad as many say [Tip see below]
+ - High price compared to standard bulbs [More below]

+++ +++ The predecessor
The predecessor of these lamps was an H7 Philips X-Treme Vision + 100%. These lamp has scored with a significantly better light. I would never have believed that there will be a model which will create even + 110% and thus be "better" is defined as the Philips X-Treme Vision + 100%.
+++ +++ THE PACKAGING
I do not know why someone might be interested in something like that, but anyway. The packaging looks pretty stylish and brings the lights therein very good effect. Everything seemed pretty classy, but it still looks down to earth and not overdone.
+++ +++ THE CAR
OSRAM Night Breaker Unlimited H7 were tested on an Opel Corsa D, built in 2007 in the VFL variant with 1.2 L and 80 hp.
+++ +++ The light color
The light color affects enormously whiter than standard bulbs. Compared to the Philips X-Treme Vision, the light color a piece affects the Night breakers again white. A Xenonlook you get not go with both, as many imagine it to be. Therefore you have to use either xenon kits [STVZO Verboten!] Or legal H7 bulbs with Xenon effect. These are then again white and bring the Xenonlook ago. The light output: However, the next point will suffer.
+++ +++ The light output
The most important aspect of such bulbs is the pure light output. Because each of the night from time to time while driving may still drives on the motorway or trunk road, knows the problem of many standard bulbs. The light output is so bad that you fear at any time to see anything. With the Night breakers conclusion is that! I thought at the Philips X-Treme Vision that can not really be but, as far as one can see now. The Night Breaker Unlimited set again one better. The light comes just a little bit further. The border areas are extremely well lit, I could never observe standard bulbs. In short, with the things it's fun to drive at night car, regardless of whether you drive in the 30-zone or on the highway!
+++ +++ THE PRICE
A lot of people upset about the "exorbitant" price at the OSRAM Night breakers. However, I must say here that you should not complain. First you do not pay the manufacturer's RRP here at Amazon. Man saves here at the time of Renz Sion, more than 50% of the RRP! Who the current 20 is still too expensive, which can look for something else to be happy. I pay the price like for added safety. I must have no fear because I take a "dim light" through the area but it's fun at night. Those who nevertheless would like to buy the cheap standard lamps for 3-5, which can enjoy doing. Personally, I would never do that. Even if these lamps last only 1 year old: Once a year 20 to spend on a big plus in security, but must be in there probably.
+++ Longevity / TIPP +++
Installed the lamps since the end of May 2014. Therefore I can not comment on terms of longevity. However, I still have a tip on how you can increase the life of bulbs. I have read in several forums that can help when turning the pears until after the engine start. Many go with light, let the switch to ON, remove the key and go. The next day, one makes to the motor. The ignition starts the low beam, the motor will start only after that. Since the starter has to do properly when starting the engine, voltage spikes can occur, which can harm the massive bulbs and can shorten the life enormously. Therefore, at best the low beams turn on until after the engine start.
+++ +++ CONCLUSION
Compared to standard lamps we are talking about two worlds. The award is presented for what you get offered clearly in order. The Night Breaker Unlimited are marginally better in the luminous efficacy and minimal whiter than the Philips X-Treme Vision + 100%. If you already own a good high-power bulb, it is best to only change when the old bulbs are defective.
