Brief: Very pleasantly surprised.

I was looking for a tablet that is bigger than my "old" Samsung's Galaxy Tab plus N with 7 inches, but smaller than Ipad or the 10 inch model.
With this in mind, the selection is small. Especially if you want to have a pad with 3G, but want to spend less than 200 euros.
I have another corner paid for the Sky Plus less than 200 euros, which explains why it is not confirmed by Amazon review.

Processing:

For me the most positive surprise. Was it just often at Odys Tablets of this processing, the speech and in some cases even by creaking and sharp edges.
This I can not say about the Sky Plus. While it is not quite at the level of a Sony Xperia Tablets or a Samsung Tablets. But not far from it.

Multimedia:

The format of the display is not exactly ideal for video playback. However, the Odys has behaved, played all my stored on the SD card video, including MKV formats behaved. The VLC Beta and the MX player run excellently.
With mp3's tablet has no problem of course. I had the Alcatel T10 17,78cm (7 inch) tablet PC (TFT Touch Panel, 1 GHz Cortex A8, 1GB RAM, 4GB Flash, WiFi, HDMI, Android 4.0.3) still attach an external speaker, because the sound in some Youtube videos was too quiet and always clinking and dull, so the sound when Sky plus is good. For me more than good enough. With headphones the sound is of course really well and with the appropriate headphones at the level of LG Nexus 5 or Sony Xperia Z.

Display:

Very stable viewing angle display with brilliant colors, without looking unnatural.
The resolution is still sufficient when it comes to be able to read small print on websites yet. This review, for example, I wrote just on the tablet, which speaks well for precise touchscreen.
That this is not, of course, know the users of the above-cited Alcatel-product report. Since writing longer texts on the tablet becomes a torment.

Reception:

Both the reception via HSDPA, as well as those over WLAN is absolutely no problem.
Where can I get only a beam wireless receiver displayed when Nexus 5, so there are at Odys Sky 2-3. This can be seen clearly even when surfing.

Power:

The Racer game, which is in play goals just in the top 10 of the best free games runs absolutely smoothly. Even a few small stuttering when scrolling fast or application changes are noticeable in the operation, but hardly disturbing.
Starting, De- / Installing apps running smoothly.
Of course, the limits are soon reached, if you installed a GPS with the whole of Europe and a few auswändige games with 8GB Memory gross here.
The ability to expand the memory, relavitiert this point.

Camera:

People who like to take pictures, and much more often with the tablet are, with the 2 MP camera probably not happy in the long run. For snapshots medium quality so requests of all.

Battery:

The manufacturer's specification that promises up to 7 hours of continuous surfing, I think is realistic, if you're only online via WLAN and reduces the screen brightness. With 3G, the battery consumption is considerably higher, so I go about 5 hours. If you reduce the brightness to minimum, perhaps more.
That's not great, but more than okay.

Conclusion:

Among other things, I want the mini-HDMI port to test yet and want to review with regard to the battery capacity and criticisms, which are superimposed on the initial euphoria, expand.
