Had the bulbs in October 2011 and today bought in June 2012 have both gone within a few hours. So a life span of 8 months. The brightness was initially larger than the standard bulbs, read by relatively quickly, but was up just before the defect still okay. Bin frequent travelers and have the dipped headlights on forever.
