Beyerdynamic I knew only from the high-end HiFi field of headband headphones to date. So I was curious to see what potential have brought out the developers of Beyeredynamic from this comparatively small in-ear headphones. And I was not disappointed - quite the contrary. First I put my favorite test CD: Dire Straits - Brothers in Arms. The bass in the various pieces in my opinion is second to none and just clean the DTX50 the sound reflects:
- Brilliant, not scratchy or intrusive heights
- Balanced but strong in the midrange
- A very soft, but nevertheless powerful bass, which tends to no time to roar.
- Is important, however, that deep into it the headset in the ear, otherwise "sealed" sound space is lost, making the bass range could suffer.
The comfort of DTX50 is top notch if you have used the right to be ear-adapter - I could use the standard adapter. He sits very firmly in the ear, but is not uncomfortable during extended use or does not begin to ache.
Unfortunately, beyerdynamic has saved on Transport Case. The headset is only packaged in a simple plastic box, which is not really suitable for long-term mobile storage. The packaging developers should take a lesson from the roll-up approach of SONY here. This is very handy.
Conclusion: A top quality product with clean sound. Because of the inadequate transport cases I give a total of 4.5 stars.
Pro's:
+ Relatively small enclosure and weight
+ Easy to use
+ Fantastic and balanced sound
+ Extremely comfortable
Con's:
- Insufficient Transport Case
Those who have a tight budget, but to clean HiFi listening could not live without, should opt for these in-ear headphones. I am after six months still enthusiastic about the sound. Strong buy RECOMMENDED !!!!!!
