Unlike my wife (no wonder with their great data), I'm not 100% convinced of the balance, because I have my doubts whether the entire data really agree. My current measured weight (as already mentioned 86 kg) is okay, because our old balance has otherwise displayed, but how will please determine my body fat, my body water, my muscle mass and bone mass, this body composition monitor. But one would have at least also consider whether an instance weight training, or indeed any sport operates, as its daily flow is (sedentary or physically demanding work), not to mention whether he as I have strong bones (* laughs * --- is but really so). Anyway, I was a little upset when the scales indicated in the graph at me that I briefly lay in front of the red zone and am still very overweight. The BMI does not fit with me, was already clear to me, but I do not feel much overweight.
So I've got anyway so my doubts concerning the correctness of these values and could well imagine that a man with the same size (1.74 cm), but with a weight of, for example, 65 kg of but never play sport, a sedentary activity which is perhaps fed unhealthy, but luck has to have a good digestion, and does not increase for other reasons, probably gets revealed on this scale TOP values. I will definitely try out with a friend of mine once and then the result of late filing.
Finally, would then the purchase price. With scarce 100 euros this body composition monitor is in my view at any rate not a real bargain. Nevertheless, my overall verdict is (due to the positive influence of my wife, who is very fond of this body composition monitor) positive.
