Positive noticed is my super fast delivery of both umbrella stand and umbrella itself (no Amazon Prime product, but still supply the screen in two days). Even the stand in the photo on the offer image and making it beautiful, the walk seems stable. BUT: after reading the customer recessions before ordering - 50% of the customers are here (very) satisfied, 50% due to lack of opportunity that thing because of excessive thread etc. zusammenzuschrauben, not at all - I thought to myself, I'm the risk and to order the screen at random that I catch a "collapsible for". Unfortunately I've caught a rivet - the thread in the pipe for a much too short to be stable, to keep the other too big around the screw in the threaded stable. We have tried all ways to fix the part to some extent, but this does not, unfortunately, went. Too bad about the beautiful stand and the expense of the tried postman who had to carry the thing to the 4th floor to us.
Due to the many complaints of faulty production, it would be really helpful here to take the product out of the range until this (really small) deficit rectified and the umbrella stand can fulfill its proper function. The low price "seduced" hobbyists to even rumzuschrauben at the thing. Ultimately, however, a makeshift improvised, not really functioning umbrella stand also represent a high security risk on high-rise balconies and for children.
Subsequent addition: After the postage costs will be borne by the customer himself and these account for nearly half the cost of the umbrella stand, the returning a defective stand definitely not worth it. However, the dealer was very helpful and sent me to a very friendly email contact direct inquiry towards a new, functioning umbrella pipe with screw within two days. Now the stand is functioning properly. Thank you to the dealer for this fair, uncomplicated complaint option!
