I always had the Philips vacuum cleaners and when mine broke down after 5 years at full operation. I bought it in emergency Rowenta Silence force!
Big disappointment because very annoying to handle compared to Philips with its large wheels, The plastic triangular brush is poor when I compare it to a tri-Active brush Philips and then the air that comes from above ... I do not see how that's smart ?? you inhale dust every time you switch the head above the vacuum cleaner.
Basically, I highly recommend! I returned it to Amazon, which ensured the passage at the reimbursement and the quality of treatment of the general way to record! I nachèterai more Rowenta but I gladly returned at Amazon!
