+ The build quality is without any complaints as "excellent" to describe (Note: given the price range). The back feels very valuable and is pleasant to the touch by the corrugated surface and hold. Overall, the lateral rounding somewhat reminiscent of the iPad, which I personally like very much.
+ The connectors are laterally mounted and sunk a total of well thought out. Only the rear-mounted speakers can be seen as a disadvantage, because of course not created the sound that would be possible with this otherwise good speakers. But me personally that's even better design reasons. Gaps I put the tablet firmly no.
+ From the connectivity, the tablet offers everything that is useful and accessible: HDMI and especially a Micro SD slot, which can expand the already good storage space of 32GB yet.
+ The screen is for this price range very good, but not perfect. This is at this point but not deterred, because for at least 90% of users this will surely make no difference. The display does have a good (mean) brightness and the color representation is balanced, but it can not be a real white. But this is only struck me when I read that even. There is a really good reading angle, however, the display (almost like a mirror) reflects more than other tablets. Who cares, who can already for 5, - buy a non-reflecting film. This makes the display then indeed matter, for it reflects then (almost) no longer (even tested). Anyone who reads a lot, for a matte screen is certainly interesting. The resolution is of course Full HD and I can now finally also in portrait mode to read a PDF (big plus for me!)
+ Power: built is a dual-core Intel Atom, which has two threads, so practical as a quad-core works. I always fall back on the smallest delays or stuttering, which then disappear again immediately. One plausible explanation could be that the processor overclocked very low high clocks (800 MHz) and in activity only at up to 1.6 GHz and therefore gets for millisecond performance issues. But not particularly bother me, because everything that has very quickly and also "smooth" functions. The advantage of this Mikroruckler could again rum are in the battery life, which I classified it far above average. This tablet works very energy efficient and brings the power only when it is required. Power reserves are generally well available, the graphics performance is ok (who Gaming with Tablet wants, but should perhaps look for another tablet - this is intended for productivity).
+ The included ASUS apps have surprised me (in my Samsung career) very positive. Basically none of the apps is superfluous and functionality adds real Wehrt. Usually, the first thing I do when a new device, the manufacturer apps to uninstall / disable, but here I have all retained. Only the Google Apps I have to on maps and the Play Store is disabled (even the google search can be replaced by DuckDuckGo properly!). The Quick Launch toolbar from ASUS is head and shoulders above the the bare Android (but you can also set if you like). In addition, you can through two fingers contract make different workspaces.
+ The battery power appears to be above average, while stand-by it consumes for example much less than my previous Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. However, the mentioned charging time is really high. For me it was just under 5 hours to fully charge it in the off state. But at this point I would not even interpret as a negative point that, since other manufacturers (Samsung) like strain the battery by an extremely fast charging in the long run and possibly shorten the lifetime. The tablet should quietly load an extra hour if it has a better life.
For me personally, the tablet is designed very well balanced: a good, adequate performance of the processor, 2GB RAM (I find essential), enough space (+ SD slot), a really good display and the whole thing into a handsome and thoughtful housing. For the "average Joe" the Tablet has a super choice and even for the more ambitious user is actually (almost) recommend this tablet without any complaints.
