yes, that is really good and worth the money. after have proven to be the case for the dustbin all previously used (Asian) creations, I own the Manfrotto finally a usable neiger. all screws and lock run in metal threads, in the Far Eastern models that's not entirely the case. only criticism: the four brakes are all of different shapes especially the upper is - with toggle - quite impractical.. but that's beside the point and does not detract from the function.
