In line with the previous (Roots), farewell Johnny Winter blues and rockn'roll. Personally I am disappointed by "Unchain my heart" (one wonders what it's like here), "Who do you love" (which does not do justice to Diddley beat) and "Death letter" (played less than by Son House or White Stripes, while Winter was a giant of the National Steel Guitar - fatigue probably). The rest is a respectful tribute, faithful and virtuoso classics: "Can not hold out", "Killing Floor," "Sweet Sixteen", "My babe" and "Mojo hand" or Johnny takes the first solo before let the second to prestigious guests and which can appreciate the difference in touch. As for Johnny, his left hand does the job alone, on autopilot, even if his body could not take that sitting. As for her voice, it has never been more natural than the latter two drives because, tired, he forced her more like on the discs of his youth. It is more moving and bluesy. A therefore recommend with "Roots", "Nothing but the Blues" and "Hard again" Muddy Waters.
