Cable unusable

Cable connected after receipt of the speakers, but unfortunately mostly only crackling and either only comes from the left or right box out sound. When you have finally found a position at which the sound quality is decent one must no longer touch the desk, because any type of movement leading to crackling or partial loss of sound. Even the tap of the keyboard from the laptop ensures sound failures.
