After the cable has arrived with me, I've tried it directly.

The connection to the cable between a Surface Pro 2, and a 42 "Toshiba LCD TV works great.
Picture and sound are reasonable and the way it should shown.
(The minimum delay of representation between the Surface and the TV but I do not write the cable, as this was already with another HDMI cable and my laptop so already.)

The quality of the product can not be criticized in terms of the price.
With the state of today I can therefore recommend the cable without any problems for a Surface Pro 2 for transmission to a TV device.
