The measurement accuracy is very good. 1 mm thick wire is given as 1.00 mm, 1.5 mm Allen key with 1.50 mm - so 100 percent accuracy, with larger Gegenschänden the deviation is max. 0.02 mm - the reason for this may lie but also in the manufacturing tolerance of the measured object.
It is supplied with a spare battery, but the battery inserted runs for quite a while.
The included transport box is padded on the inside, but the Posterung is very thin so that the vernier caliper fairly rattles in the box - a thicker foam in the lid would provide for more grip.
The power button of the slide gauge protrudes and can be pressed easily, this means that during transport in the transport box the power button inevitably abuts the lid of the box and the Measuring tool is thereby turned - so you need not be surprised if the battery very runs out quickly. For the dust-protected storage, however, the box is sufficient.
All in all, I would buy this Caliper anytime. I had expected given the price of a lower quality, but was pleasantly surprised.
