Canon quality idea ?? Addendum: But they do exist without error

The technical data of the camera has been written enough in my opinion. This is certainly in theory everything is wonderful. Very good was my first impression of the camera. Have tested at different locations the next day after receipt extensively for a day and loved it. On PC On closer look at the pictures came the disillusionment. I also have the Schärfebroblem through the viewfinder. What to do? Immediately called Canon customer service. A thoroughly nice fellow gave me an address to which I should send the camera for repairs. Whether a repair what good is you can not tell me unfortunately. If not I get a new camera. When I asked whether then also the sharpness problem I get the answer: "This is a matter of luck." That can not be true. So 2 points for the camera for focus problem-actually 5 points. But Canon can so what its customers expect? Apparently already. By the way: I never had a Nikon or Sony, but previously a Canon 600D and then a 700D with whom I was totally satisfied. So I am or was Canon fan / customer.
Supplement dated 25/01/14: Got my faulty 70d returned and after much hesitation ordered a new one. And they do exist :) without error. Did exactly the same as the first time tested. Razor-sharp images even through the viewfinder only with moderate Af point. Without the error Af Camera is mentioned on several occasions and tested a dream. So 5 stars for the camera. But if one could assess the smooth zero for the behavior and information policy of Canon. By contrast, great, quick and uncomplicated processing of Amazon. Class!
