A compelling story, historically well built and not Manichean about the Crusades, which delights children and parents impresses by a very pleasant style. I read it to my 2 boys after 1 Volume "the cross of the poor" also exciting, they request new books on this topic! We also loved "the other side knew the sun," even if the end did cry ... More new books mr Davy!
