pots are handy with their spout and quantities but I have not kept them ... Because there are many inscriptions engraved in the plate, making it difficult to identify them for induction hob, the bottom being not perfectly smooth. Too bad builders continue to "scratch" on the raw material to save (some unnecessary engrave inscriptions, other substantive holes ...). I did the test (still on induction) with my pans to perfectly flat bottom and the same amount of water takes twice as long to boil in pans at irregular background.
