Also with me the problem occurs that the cartridges are not at first recognized. Although my printer (Brother DCP-J 132 W) is in the list of suitable devices, cartridges refuse all cooperation with the printer.
After inserting a cartridge from the printer this set is the message that the cartridge could not be recognized - this problem occurred not only in one but in all the cartridges in the set.
These are the first third-party cartridges with whom I had this problem - so I advise everyone to look rather for more reliable sets.
