Unfortunately, after almost a year, the first model was broken. The brush was still an operating noise, but unfortunately there was no vibration.
About a Repair Center took place the exchange under warranty. This was done without any major problems.
Again after about a year the problems started with the replacement brush. The operating noise was extremely loud and the vibrations subsided again.
From the Service Center and from PHILIPS directly there after sending a response, only the message that the guarantee of first brush had already expired and be granted for the replacement model only 12 months.
In summary, I had the chance to test the Philips model 2 times. The first defect in less than 12 months, the second after a little over 12 months.
For this price a totally unacceptable "best before date".
The cleaning performance was very good.
