BUT, because there is a but, it can charge two USB devices, but not:
* Two Ipad (V2 + V3)
* IPad 1 or 1 + iPhone
I have experienced it, and it does not work (i-Devices appear as well supported, but they do not take the charge if you use it, they run out quickly - especially with a GPS application launched).
Indeed, it takes a minimum 2.1 A to charge an iPad and iPhone 1 A, while the charger delivers only 2.1 A at TOTAL (two catches combined). So at best you load an iDevice, but not the other. Several other Amazon Store products allow simultaneous charging of two iDevices (which deliver 2.1 A or 2.4 A output on EVERY or 4.2 / 4.4 A in total).
