Caution:
The trampoline is absolutely dangerous. The springs break abruptly and then fly partly far. With me are broken under normal use 18 of 48 springs within four months after the purchase. In addition, a spring flap is pulled down to the jumping mat. The seller is absolutely uncooperative and ignored its obligations under the Civil Code!
But one by one:
The trampoline was well packaged and delivered relatively quickly. The construction went on 2 persons sharing similar slight of hand. To mount the springs, is a tool with which this is going relatively well.
The trampoline is used exclusively by my 14 year old daughter. It is just over 50 kg and thus far from the specified 150 kg load limit (fortunately :)). My daughter jumping regularly, about 1 hour per day, but makes no tricks etc. but only hops normal up and down, to keep fit.
On the first day, the joy was great: the trampoline worked well and was also very quiet. The squeaks then came unfortunately on the second day. Since this is probably normal in this price range, we live (and the neighbors :)) so.
But now the problem: Already 2.5 months from purchasing started the springs break. In a very short time broke 8 springs. Some flew here 3-4 meters! So you should not be near. Ruck Zuck were broken 8 of 48 springs. Six, we have not recovered, two. The parked in the neighboring driveway car was not hit, fortunately, but a spring flew past it.
I then my daughter forbidden to use the trampoline on and have the seller SixBros contacted, and asked him to send me a precaution new springs all because I was not taking any additional risk. SixBros wanted only photographic evidence and then sent 10 springs and not all 48 springs after receiving the photos "gesture of goodwill" and "without acknowledging any liability" (quote).
So I have changed any defective springs, and soon broke the next spring. One month after receiving the springs already total 14 springs were broken; So with missing again four springs. Whether replacement springs are broken I can not judge because the seller has indeed replaced me show only the defective springs and I do not know which are new or old.
So I have my daughter again prohibited the trampoline and again contacted the seller SixBros and asked for replacing all feathers. Again, only the currently broken springs were sent to me, a gesture of goodwill and without acknowledging any legal obligation.
Already nearly one week after receipt of the new springs, four springs are broken again. In addition, now without notice a flap torn from the jumping mat, on which a spring was hooked! This therefore also the jumping mat is unusable. I have reported the flaws to the seller. Now I have no more desire. The trampoline is dangerous, and there were two unsuccessful repair attempts. I want to withdraw from the purchase (in accordance with §440, sentence 2 BGB) and have communicated this to the seller. But the seller refuses. In the telephone conversation, there was no give in even though I have the problems objectively described and hingewiesenen on my rights. The seller writes me, as the trampoline is TÜV-tested, no springs to break and this could only be caused by improper use! But now I want to send a finite complete set of springs, the seller suddenly. The defective jumping mat is not mentioned.
I dislike more and do not want to use the dangerous trampoline. If Amazon does not help, I will enforce the return of the trampoline to the emergency court.
