A misstep - no vollverklebte metal shell but a more ambitious plastic part together - no longer watertight, as indicated only splashproof. So wrong product description and the image with the water glass is probably from the previous model.
This is clearly misleading - Stay away!
Months later: I think it's pretty bold that misleading advertising has still not been changed! Her follow-plastic part with 64GB will be advertised with waterproof.
