The charger if one wishes phone (via USB port side) and a battery simultaneously. An LED indicates how the battery charge is used - red = LOAD - blue = Charging complete.
Delivered is the part as in the photo, simply plugged together and thus into the outlet. Loading speed is like my Samsung charger .... the photo in charge status - Battery not voll..Kabel is from me and not included ..
