Charming but ...

The object itself is very nice, it's the realistic reproduction of the operation of traffic lights, with cars and pedestrians hand side. What introduce children to road safety while offering them the opportunity to invent games (with their bikes, their little cars ...).
You can choose automatic or manual function.
The base can be ballasted with water or better sand for stability. Outside, on the grass, it may be helpful. On flat ground, it holds very well on empty.

Not very tall (75 cm) and aimed primarily at children 3 to 6 years, I am amazed at the interest in it bears my 8 year old son who, for the occasion, stood his little cars play with the little ones. And plans to use it at the entrance to his room to prevent access! (I admit, I've also thought to the entrance of my office ...)

This fishing, however, is the power: 4 x 1.5V which, moreover, are housed in two screw compartments inconvenient at all. The battery operated toys still have a life and a limited use: one must be careful not to use the batteries too quickly and one day we get tired of always having to replace them (especially the cost, the aberration Ecological too). Why not choosing a rechargeable battery via USB? It's a shame.

For this last reason, though this toy has a lot of success at home, I will not put the maximum score.
