Firstly, the heads are all centric and run nice and round. Since nothing wobbles ...
The wooden packing is nothing particularly, the router protects but from dust and dirt.
(I recommend getting the router a bit to be provided with a film of oil, then rust nothing ...)
Edited to soft wood, like in my case, the cutters are really good so far. Although one must proceed with greater cutting in several steps, but then reaches its destination reliably.
(It is even in high quality milling heads in large machining in several steps ran ...)
With hard wood, however one should be careful. Not too much want at once. The do not like the cheap router.
