A bit put off but I was by other reviews regarding the brand TREN, often of different sizes dropouts sizes report.
Fit

I am 179 and just under 80 kilos. Athletic I'm more the type Turner and less strength athletes and for the size M fits very well. However, when strength training is underway in enriches, this size is likely to be too tight definitely.
Purpose
------------------
Mainly I use the longsleeve as thermal underwear for skiing or for running in colder temperatures as a base layer. This function complies with it well. The Freuchtigkeitstransport could be a bit better, because you already noticed after long sessions that the shirt is wet. But that is also possibly because that the interior material is something like fleece.
In order for the intended use is also relatively clear. In my opinion it is less than compression shirt for warm days.
