The calculator should be for my son. For me, the resolution is the most important on the notebook. Of course he wanted a PC gamer. That would be all but are more expensive by a multiple. But oh amazed ..... small (old) games run very well and even in full HD resolution. So tested 1404 demo and everything ruckel free in full resolution and at medium to high settings. Mind Craft runs well - son happy. Then why not full star? 1 would prefer to resort to the SSD drive (but then would be more expensive) 2. i3 4010U is perhaps a bit weak .... 3. win8.1 and touchscreen is not really a selling point 4. great display but a bit dark 5. indisputable battery life (2 hours. Normal, 30 min. Anno 1404)
For the needs of my son (the computer is being used outdoor) a good compromise. And get 25 percent cheaper at AMAZON about flash range. Since I could not say no. There's even a video tutorial showing how the memory and the HD or can be replaced.
