After I already had experiences with the Sodastream Crystal I ordered another device on Amazon. The first very fast delivery arrived with a defect in the lifting mechanism. Amazon has the device fast, unbureaucratic exchanged and sent replacement. The second device had the same error. Amazon wanted this device no longer exchange, and offered a cancellation. I refrained and sent directly to the device Sodastream. SodaStream, the device has expertly repaired (warranty and free) and now I'm happy.
