And basically the shoes loose half to two sizes larger than normal. That means: my husband, who wears size 42, for example, fits, 40 normal, but not 40 narrow. This is partly just because of the length of the footbed in itself, on the other, because the Verstellriemchen (find a better word for it) also fit differently or better or worse can be adjusted precisely depending on the model.
If our child is similar: He actually wears size 26 currently in 27 normal shoes fit much better than in 27 narrow.
So in short, you have to try, anyway. But in doubt order Definitely one to two numbers below your normal shoe size.
