It is clear, concise, well structured, and included the passing of an online questionnaire that illustrates all that is explained in the book from your own profile, which facilitates the storage of information and allows the really illustrate concretely. BSE on neuroscience, he explains how the brain is a wonderful resource to manage stress, provided qu'l'on understand its mechanisms of operation and that we accept to use them wisely and with some discipline. A must read to learn how to manage stress, and to share with friends!
