On the one hand falls on directly that the kettle is not stable, but wobbles on its feet. Nor can the feed flap does not open the full 90 degrees, so it is difficult to filter water from a carafe. The Kalksieb is difficult to remove and the operation is not intuitive, but you should definitely read the manual. So the warming function, for example, completely separate from the cooking function, so you opt for one and then there has to set the temperature. These can be selected between 25 and 100 °. The water is not kept fully 40 minutes warm, but the warming process is finished once the kettle is removed from the foot. So if you then still need warm water, the warming process must be restarted.
What particularly bothers me to this stove is that the LED display is permanently lit as long as the boiler is connected to the power. In my opinion, this is an unnecessary waste of energy that we have now solved via a switched outlet. Impractical is that the water level indicator on the back of the stove is so that you can always read only either temperature or water level at a glance. This could have otherwise be solved.
Here again all aspects at a glance:
- LED display permanently on
- Loading door can not be opened completely
- Water level indicator on back
- Having read not intuitively without instructions
- Keep warm just until you have taken the kettle once from the plate to pour water
- Kocher wobbles quite on the foot
+ The perfect temperature for each tea (or other purposes)
+ Water temperature read at any time
+ Water can be maintained at temperature for 40 minutes, if you do not immediately get to the casting
+ Manual contains brewing temperatures for many different types of tea
+ Water boils very quickly
Overall, I know the comfort of Precision Control kettle certainly appreciate, however, the device is not designed necessarily easy to handle or optimal.
