More importantly, we were here for, Buddy Rich and his big band were about to take possession of the big stage at Caesars Palace, an event eagerly awaited by music lovers spree. Moreover, while the elite had gathered for the occasion, that beautiful figures: Frankie, Sammy, Dean and their Rat Pack, of course ("regional" step), among others. .. The ladies were dressed in their finest evening gowns and the gentlemen their shiny tuxedos. Is that Buddy and his musicians, it was not anything, a kind of Who's Who of quality jazz with, among others, Art Pepper, Joe La Barbera or John Menza ... And it n ' that were saxophonists!

Well cut suits, clean-shaven and wearing as first communicants, smiles all-brite circumstance, the guys threw. Rapid implementation and the music sounded, a shiver traveled the meeting. Ha! Barbara, full lightning eyes, made me also point out the outstanding sound quality of the show, the sound engineer and the architect had done a good job.
We still wanted, ever more, ever more, more! But all good things come to an end ... So, obviously, it was too short - Buddy sets were always. But what class! With this even the Big Band radio cutesy take sweets and finery swingants epic! It is the mark of the Great.
Finally, the night was still young, Barbara and I we promised in the elevator bringing us back to our suite, we soon meet again and that would be good ... because it was always with Buddy and his p` tits guys!
