Comments on Limited Edition and Legends DLC

Now that I've played through Shift 2, here are a few comments:

1. The biggest shortcoming and thus reason for the star deduction is not available in the steering. Long gone I had to put up forever with different variations of the steering configuration. Many, not all, vehicles understeer strongly (eg GT3 cars) because the steering is too indirect. At 180 kmh you should not need a steering wheel rotation for a slight curve. On top of that but it is quiet to drive straight also in such vehicles hardly possible for the steering has either too much delay or backlash or is too nervous on straight. 4. Who can get hold of a cheap Shift 2 LE, should access which is LE but not a "must". Less that 3 additional cars, but rather the 40 additional events make mood, eg old for new (old Shelby Mustang against new, etc.). 5 stones impact the normal version I do not consider justified, more likely.

7. The discipline "Drift" is completely gone in the pants and despite lengthy trials and various settings in Tuning and options / Steering menu impassable for me on setting "Easy" with Force GT steering wheel. 8. 9. CONCLUSION: Shift 2 has to me over a longer period entertain very good, especially also the Legends DLC. The "feel" is actually sitting in the car, is currently the best in Shift 2 by all PS3 games. But would ideally a mixture of GT5 (HD graphics, handling, steering) and Shift2 (everything else).
