POSITIVE:
- Easy installation and good touch display.
- AirPrint works flawlessly with iPhone and iPad.
- Good and relatively quick prints, better than expected for the price.
- Compact design and acceptable design.
- No fan noise and no air flow in standby.
NEGATIVE:
- In standby around 7 watts consumption (measured) instead - Black level is not perfect, very dark spots "drown"; if one "optimal" set the print quality on it is a little better.
- Housing is not only shaky but also rattles noisily when printing.
CONCLUSION:
I am satisfied, the printer exceeds my expectations. However, I print only 150 pages per month, who prints a lot more and has the room for it is probably better served with the M276nw. Follow long-term experience and handling when changing the cartridge.
UPDATE: I have test times as a filter fleece glued to the exhaust port to see if dust particles are in the air it. After about 100 printed pages, I have the fabric removed: snow white, not the slightest deposits. Conclusion: the printer has the Blue Angel probably not wrong, I'm fine at any rate, no more thoughts and now omit also the filter fleece.
UPDATE # 2: The toner for black was changed after 600 pages, went without problems. The new toner cartridge is now to 330 pages at a residual amount of 1,000 pages. The supplied color toner for 550 pages show a residual amount of approximately 300 pages. To that extent acceptable to good endurance, especially when you consider that the supplied toner significantly lower quantities than the nachgekauften. Still not quite cheap pleasure: a page costs about 10-15 cents.
